Production period from March to July, origin in the Andes of Peru between 2400 - 3400 m.a.s.l. in the regions of Ayacucho, Junín, Cuzco and Huancavelica. Processed by the Wiraccocha industrial plant in Peru under the standards of the JAS and BRC certifications.
