Our Work in the andes
Wiraccocha del Peru has as its main protagonist the Andean producer, with whom he has been working closely, basing his relationship on a spirit of mutual trust and cooperation.
This alliance is strengthened thanks to the network of agro-commercial managers, spread over 8 areas of influence, who are responsible for training and advising small holder, to achieve the organic production and certification of their fields, ensuring the trace of their products.
Our Work in the Factory
We have one of the best facilities of the central region of Peru, with several cereal process lines, which are responsible for processing the organic raw material, under procedures that meet the global standards of the BRC (British Retail Consortium). Gluten-free foods, with Kosher certifications.
international commerce
We have participated in the main international food fairs, exposing to the world the production of Andean grains from the Andes of Peru.
