product quality assurance

All products are permanently controlled from the entry of the raw material to the finished product, each batch is monitored.

  • Field

    our agro-commercial managers (GAC) are in charge of ensuring, verifying, monitoring our production in the field

  • Raw Material

    sampling is done for purity and pesticide analysis.

  • In Processing

    Permanent controls are carried out to verify compliance with the physicochemical, organoleptic, microbiological and purity requirements of the product.

  • Finished Product

    All finished products are analyzed according to the parameters demanded by our clients around the world. we advise and provide support to our clients, before, during and after the purchase.

This can be achieved with regular audits that allow for proper checks

Production Traceability

Track all processes, from the acquisition of raw materials to production and final destination.

Purchasing process

All raw material suppliers are registered in the organic production program and are duly registered to verify their production volumes and agricultural practices. When the lots arrive at the raw material warehouses, they will be assigned correlative lots according to income.

Process or production

During the process the batches are monitored and processed individually to avoid the loss of traceability.

Finished product

All finished products are labeled to guarantee their identification when leaving the finished product warehouse to guarantee that they are properly labeled.
